SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Be advised that shipping delays are beyond our control and occur from the carrier. Please allow up to 6 to 12 business days for delivery. International orders may take longer. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.
Order tracking
If a tracking # is available by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
Accepted methods of Payment
We have 2 methods of payment either with Credit Card via Paypal secure transaction or by money transfer to our bank account. Credit card charges to your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
On rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, get in contact with us and a representative of our company will help you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Back orders
Rarely, an item may goes on back order, then we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order without any extra charge for the second shipment.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Customs, Duties and Taxes for all orders shipping outside of the UK
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please be aware with international orders; VAT, customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and or similar charges may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply.
These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by BIOMAX PERFORMANCE NUTRITION.
It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.
Orders may take longer to deliver due to customs delays.
